NOVELTY - Construction of ultra-low friction carbon-based composite film on rubber surface involves pre-cleaning rubber substrate, using high-energy plasma for bombardment pretreatment, performing micro-nano cleaning, activating surface, using high power micro-pulse magnetron control sputtering technology for depositing metal carbide layer as a bearing layer, and using magnetron co-sputtering technology for depositing binary composite carbon film of two-dimensional material nanosheets and metal nanoparticles on the surface of the bearing layer. USE - Construction of ultra-low friction carbon-based composite film on rubber surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite film having ultra-low friction under multi-environment and complex working conditions.
