NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphite involves placing conductive carbon powder in the middle of insulating tube; connecting two ends of two electrode rods equivalent to inner diameter of insulation tube, and placing in vacuum cavity; connecting two electrode rod to positive electrode and negative electrode of direct current power supply to form discharge circuit; and vacuumizing, connecting positive and negative electrode to direct current power supply of large-current short-term discharge to generate joule heat after vacuum is vacuumized, and quickly heating to graphitizing temperature, and cooling to obtain graphene. USE - The method is used for preparation of carbon black fast joule heat of graphite and graphene used for redox and liquid phase stripping process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare carbon black fast joule heat preparation method of graphite, which is capable of quickly heating the conductive carbon powder to the graphitizing temperature, and cools to obtain the graphene at high temperature, carbon black nano-particles into graphene, at the same time, agglomerant is graphitized, and the graphene particles are welded, forming hundreds of nano to several microns of graphene large particles. The carbon black mass fraction is 50-99% and the mass fraction of the adhesive agent 1-50% and average primary particle diameter of the carbon black is 8-40 nm.
