NOVELTY - A graphene-tin sulfide composite counter electrode material preparing method involves adding graphene oxide into deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing homogeneously, and mixing tin tetrachloride pentahydrate and thiourea. Thiosulfamide is added to the solution and stirred to form a homogeneous solution. The resulting homogeneous solution is transferred to a hydrothermal reaction kettle at 120-180 degrees C for 1 to 24 hours, followed by autothermal cooling, washing by water and ethanol, and drying under vacuum oven at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-tin sulfide composite counter electrode material that is utilized in dye-sensitized photovoltaic cell. ADVANTAGE - The material has high charge transfer ability and good catalytic activity, and can be prepared in simple, easy and cost effective manner.
