NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene electric heating film comprises a first insulating protective layer, a graphene heating layer and a second insulating protective layer. The first insulating and second insulating protective layers are respectively attached to the top and bottom of the graphene heating layer. The graphene heating layer has a substrate layer, a graphene conductive layer, an insulating layer, an insulation layer, a waterproof layer and an electrode. The outer wall of the substrate layer is covered with a graphene conductive layer. The outer wall of the graphene conductive layer is covered with an insulating layer. The outer walls of the insulating layer and the electrode are both covered with an insulating layer. The outer wall of the thermal insulation layer is covered with a waterproof layer. The left and right sides of the graphene conductive layer are connected with the electrode. USE - Used as aqueous graphene electric heating film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has a main body of the solvent comprising water, which minimizes the use of organic solvents; is environmentally friendly; utilizes only water as a diluent, which is harmless to human health; and does not contain harmful carcinogens, and is non-toxic and tasteless. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous graphene electric heating film, comprising (a) pre-dispersing graphene, adding it to a solvent containing a dispersant, (b) adding additives to the pre-dispersed graphene to obtain a homogeneous dispersion after dispersion, (c) adding the aqueous resin to the homogeneous dispersion, and stirring and mixing to obtain the graphene electric heating film slurry, and (d) coating the graphene electric heating film slurry on the film-forming carrier and the graphene comprising the conductive layer and the film-forming carrier to form a graphene conductive layer, and then assembling the graphene electric heating film after drying.
