NOVELTY - A substrate structure and a fabrication method thereof. The substrate structure comprises a carrier, a flexible substrate and a release layer between the carrier and the flexible substrate. The release layer includes a graphene, a reduced graphene oxide or a combination thereof. The release layer overlying the carrier with a first area and a flexible substrate overlying the release layer and the carrier with a second area, wherein the second area is larger than the first area.
