▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Processing micro-arc oxidation of aluminum cartridge case comprises (i) cleaning aluminum cartridge case, (ii) polishing outer wall of the aluminum cartridge case, and coating the outer wall of aluminum cartridge case using electric insulating protective coating, (iii) placing aluminum cartridge case into micro-arc oxidation electrolyte for micro-arc oxidation to the inner wall of aluminum medicine cylinder, where the electrolyte is sodium silicate, borax, sodium aluminate, sodium hydroxide, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, and (iv) cleaning, removing the electric insulating coating, closing the cylinder opening of the aluminum cartridge case and placing aluminum cartridge case into micro-arc oxidation electrolyte, where the electrolyte is 2-8 g/l sodium silicate, 0.5-1 g/l borax, 1-3 g/l sodium aluminate, 0.5-2 g/l potassium hydroxide, 2-5 g/l graphene, 0.1-1 g/l molybdenum disulfide and 0.5-3 g/l silicon carbide, and (v) sealing. USE - The method is useful for processing micro-arc oxidation of aluminum cartridge case. ADVANTAGE - The method is more uniform and has ablation resistance, solves the problems of ablation resistance of gunpowder inside aluminum cartridge case and transfering of high temperature to the outside of the aluminum cartridge case; is more uniform, more wear-resistant, and has a lower friction coefficient which solves the problems of poor external wear resistance of the aluminum cartridge case and more serious friction with the inner chamber.
