NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial paper using graphene/shell comprises e.g. deslagging the shell to slag removal treatment to removing precipitate and dust, then drying and subjecting above-mentioned shells to screw extrusion treatment, placing shell in an ultrasonic reactor and adding catalase, laccase and water, mixing and carrying out fermentation process and filtering, adding graphene dispersion to filtrate, mixing, filtering under reduced pressure for 40-60 minutes and drying to obtain graphene-containing shell fiber and adding filler into resultant shell fiber, then adding internal sizing agent, pulping and performing surface gluing to obtain graphene-containing antibacterial paper. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial paper using graphene/shell. ADVANTAGE - The paper: has excellent conductive and antibacterial properties; and inhibiting effect to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and hemolytic streptococcus; and the method has high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial paper using graphene/shell comprises (i) deslagging the shell to slag removal treatment to removing precipitate and dust, then drying until the water content of 20-30 wt.% and subjecting above-mentioned shells to screw extrusion treatment, (ii) placing shell of step (i) in an ultrasonic reactor and adding catalase, laccase and water, mixing and carrying out fermentation process at 70-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours and filtering after the end of fermentation to obtain filtrate, where the amount of catalase is 1.5-3 kg/ton, the amount of laccase is 3-5 kg/ton and the mass ratio between water and shell is 8:1-2, (iii) adding the graphene dispersion to filtrate obtained in step (ii), mixing, filtering under reduced pressure for 40-60 minutes and drying at 50-80 degrees C for 60-120 minutes to obtain graphene-containing shell fiber, (iv) adding filler into shell fiber of step (iii), then adding internal sizing agent, pulping, beating degree of 10-20 degrees SR and performing surface gluing to obtain graphene-containing antibacterial paper.
