▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing the silicon (Si)/ silicon carbide (SiC) mixture in water, adding zirconium oxide grinding ball and ammonia water to obtain dispersion liquid, and ball milling the dispersion liquid under the condition of heating to obtain Si/SiC mixed suspension. The oil bubble flotation treatment is performed on the Si/SiC mixed suspension. The Si particles and SiC particles are separated and collecting to obtain the Si particle suspension. The oxide dispersion graphene is added into the Si particle suspension, and the pH value is adjusted. The oil phase is added and stirred to obtain water-in-oil emulsion. The dry-in-oil emulsion is sprayed to obtain the silicon particles coated by the oxidized graphene. The high-temperature reduction treatment is performed to the silicon particles coated by the oxidized graphene to obtain the graphene silicon lithium ion battery negative electrode material. USE - Method for preparing lithium ion battery negative electrode material by using crystalline silicon wire saw waste mortar. ADVANTAGE - The method provides lithium ion battery negative electrode material with high added value, firstly using the surface of the silicon and silicon carbide of the chemical activity, by surface-processing to surface the difference of the two kinds of particles, and the material is dissociated by adding the abrasive material with hardness between the Si and the Si carbide. The method is economic, simple and effective method for recycling the silicon powder in the fretsaw waste slurry, and realizes the maximum value recycling of the recycled silicon powder.
