▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Tin-based material comprises 50-100 pts. wt. of graphene, 0-50 pts. wt. of tin dioxide doped with antimony, and 0-50 pts. wt. of tin dioxide doped with indium. USE - The tin-based material is useful in a photoresistor, a thermoresistor (all claimed) and touch applications such as screens, keyboards and touch pads. ADVANTAGE - The inexpensive tin-based material exhibits high stability, increased light sensitivity, and good photosensitive properties and heat resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the material, comprising preparing a graphene ink, preparing an antimony tin oxide and indium tin oxide ink, adding the graphene ink and the antimony tin oxide and/or indium tin oxide ink, adding, if necessary, the mixture of metal nanoparticles and metal oxide nanoparticles or the mixture of metal nanoparticles and semiconductive nanoparticles, stirring the obtained mixture at a temperature of 30-60 degrees C, and drying the mixture by solvent evaporation.
