▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flux-cored wire comprises sheath (1), flux-cored powder (2) and graphene coating (3). The cross-section of sheath in the length direction of vertical welding wire is annular. The flux-cored powder is filled in the sheath. The graphene coating is uniformly coated outside the sheath. The outer sheath is made of titanium-niobium-zirconium (Ti-13Nb-13Zr) alloy belt material. The flux-cored powder is composed 15-18 wt.% iron-chromium-molybdenum-carbon-boron based compound (Fe50Cr25Mo9C13B3) amorphous alloy particles plated with nickel on the surface, 15-18 wt.% zirconium-copper-nickel-aluminum based compound (Zr65Cu18Ni7Al10) amorphous alloy particles plated with nickel on the surface, and 12-16 wt.% copper beryllium (CuBe4) master alloy powder, 10-12 wt.% aluminum vanadium (AlV10) master alloy powder and balance is nickel based compound (FZNi-35) self-melting alloy powder. USE - Flux-cored wire for wearable overlaying welding on surface of extruding roller used in thermal power plant mill and cement plant. ADVANTAGE - The welding wire has good corrosion resistance, good conductivity during welding, uniform welding alloy structure, improved stability of the welding current, high hardness, good toughness, strong crack resistance, no crack in the using process after the extrusion roller surface overlaying welding, and effectively prolongs the use period of the extruding roller.
