NOVELTY - Preparing graphite film comprises placing graphene film in container containing copper ion solution, placing the container in environment lower than atmospheric pressure to dry, fully penetrating the copper solution fully into the graphene film, carrying out electroreduction treatment by the graphene filling copper solution, reducing the copper ion in the graphene membrane to copper simple substance, drying the excess water, repeating the copper treatment step after multiple times, washing the remove copper ion liquid, and washing the copper graphene film after high temperature rolling treatment. USE - The method is useful for heat sensitive type electronic device e.g. mobile phone, computer. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize accurate control of the graphene film copper diffusion amount by repeatedly permeating and reducing method, so as to control the thermal conductivity of graphene film in the Z-axis direction, can realize the graphene melting of the inner isolated, increase the fluidity of the copper, the molten copper diffusion of each cavity in the straight graphene film, at the same time, promotes the fusion between each isolated copper and forming heat conductive node, and enhances the bonding strength of the upper and lower layer graphene film and improves the thermal conduction performance of the film.
