▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A long-chain-alkyl-compound-modified organopolysilazane (I) is new. USE - New long-chain-alkyl-compound-modified organopolysilazane used for producing stable and durable hydrophobic coating on substrate such as inorganic non-metallic material, metallic material, polymer material, and composite material with one-dimensional, two-dimensional or three-dimensional structure (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The long-chain-alkyl-compound-modified organopolysilazane has low surface energy and excellent anchoring characteristics of polysilazane, and can firmly adhere to different types of substrates and greatly simplify the process of constructing an easy-to-clean coating. The hydrophobic coating has excellent easy-to-clean performance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance, and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A long-chain-alkyl-compound-modified organopolysilazane of formula (I) is new. R1-R8 = H or organic group such as linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, and/or group of formula (a1); R11 = 1-4C linear alkylene; R12 = 1-4C linear alkyl; R9 = -(CH2)6-, or group chosen from groups of formulae (a2)-(a4); R10 = methyl, 3-5-membered saturated alicyclyl, or benzyl; n = 4-50;and x+y = 1. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of polymer (I); and (2) usage method of polymer (I) in construction of a stable and durable hydrophobic coating, which involves dissolving polymer (I) in an aprotic solvent and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution (S1), or dissolving polymer (I) in an aprotic solvent and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution and adding a micro-nano material to the solution, and evenly mixing to obtain polymer (I)/micro-nano material solution, coating the polymer (I)/micro-nano material solution or solution (S1) on a surface of a substrate, and curing to obtain a stable and durable hydrophobic coating.
