NOVELTY - Rare earth compound/titanate coupling agent modified superfine calcium carbonate filler comprises 200 pts. wt. ultra-fine calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. polypropylene homopolymer, 2-4 pts. wt. jade powder, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. yttrium chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. praseodymium chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. lanthanum nitrate, 1-2 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent TMC-TTS, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent; the auxiliary agent includes e.g. methyl triethoxysilane, zirconium fluoride, crosslinker triallyl cyanurate (TAC) and ascorbic acid. USE - The filler is useful for filling PVC material. ADVANTAGE - The filler has improved oil absorption, viscosity, activation rate and property indexes, easily disperses in high molecular polymer and has compatibility, and improves the mechanical property of PVC material to achieve good reinforcing and toughening effect. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified superfine calcium carbonate filler comprises (i) mixing ultra-fine calcium carbonate, talc powder, polypropylene homopolymer, jade powder and graphene, grinding for 15-20 minutes, and passing over 150-200 meshes; (ii) mixing the obtained material with auxiliary agent, grinding for 20-30 minutes, passing over 300-400 mesh; and (iii) adding the other remaining ingredients into the obtained material, and continuing grinding until evenly dispersed.
