▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon doped porous graphene layered electrode material with excellent silicon-carbon contact interface comprises (i) adding oxidant into graphene oxide dispersion for reacting to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion having a surface pore structure, (ii) adding nano-silicon into graphene oxide dispersion with a surface pore structure for hydrothermal reaction to obtain a silicon/porous graphene three-dimensional gel material, (iii) cutting silicon/porous graphene three-dimensional gel material to obtain a cut silicon/porous graphene composite gel material, and (iv) performing mechanical high-pressure treatment on the cut silicon/porous graphene composite gel material, performing vacuum drying and high-temperature calcination reduction treatment to obtain the finished product. USE - The material is useful in preparing lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has rich pore structure, improved cycle performance, charging and discharging performance under high current density, and strong potential for popularization and application.
