▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Synthesizing graphene, comprises: loading catalyst metals into a chamber in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction; increasing sizes of grains of the catalyst metals by heating the catalyst metals; raising a temperature inside the chamber while providing a vapor carbon source in the catalyst metals; and forming graphene by cooling the catalyst metals. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with high yield and high quality. The graphene has improved surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the graphene synthesized by the method; and (2) a graphene synthesizing apparatus for making graphene, comprising (a) a frame including an accommodation space for accommodating catalyst metals extending in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction, and (b1) supporting units supporting the catalyst metals, where the catalyst metals are apart from each other, or (a) and (b2) roller units supporting and transferring the catalyst metals, such that the catalyst metals are arranged apart from each other inside the accommodation space.
