NOVELTY - A poly(vinyl chloride) insulation material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. poly(vinyl chloride), 5-10 pts. wt. natural rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene, 1-4 pts. wt. silica, 1-2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-3 pts. wt. modifier, 5-10 pts. wt. nano titania, 1-4 pts. wt. stabilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 4-6 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-5 pts. wt. barium oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 4-8 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. perlite, 5-10 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-6 pts. wt. diammonium phosphate and 3-6 pts. wt. zinc borate. USE - Poly(vinyl chloride) insulation material is used for cables.
