▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing egg white gel by stirring egg white with water in a uniform manner. The prepared egg white gel is coated on a cleaned transparent insulation substrate in a uniform manner. A grid-shaped crack glue film is formed on a capsule mold sacrificial layer. A metal screen electrode obtained by cleaning the insulation substrate by ethyl alcohol. A graphene thin film is prepared by utilizing a copper foil piece body. A composite transparent electrode is prepared by coating the graphene thin film on the metal screen electrode. USE - Method for manufacturing composite transparent electrode of organic solar energy battery, organic LED and touch screen photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a high quality composite transparent electrode with 25-30 ohm/sq block resistance in a 90-92 % light transmittance percentage range. The method enables improving photoelectric characteristics and production rate of the composite electrode in a simplified production process with low production cost.
