NOVELTY - High heat conducting aniline functionalized graphene/copper composite material (I), is new, is prepared by connecting PA-Gr represents aniline functionalized graphene, the graphene and copper respectively to aniline organic molecule with lone pair of electrons, establishing a graphene/metal interface off-domain conjugated p-pi system between the arc pair electron on the nitrogen atom of the aniline group and the p track vertical to the graphene plane; and constructing the electron heat conduction path of the graphene/copper composite material, so that the electron can be freely conducted. USE - High heat conducting aniline functionalized graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high heat conducting aniline functionalized graphene/copper composite material is simple to prepare and not only has phonon heat-conducting path, but also has an electronic heat-conducting path with high-efficiency heat dissipation, prepared composite material has strong heat-conducting ability.
