NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene molybdenum disulfide by reduction of protein substance, involves adding molybdenum disulfide powder into intercalation solution for intercalation reaction, drying after reaction is completed to obtain intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder, mixing intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder and protein and water, stirring evenly, drying, grinding to obtain precursor powder, subjecting precursor powder to reduction reaction under a protective gas, taking out reaction product, and grinding. USE - Preparation of graphene molybdenum disulfide by reduction of protein substance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene molybdenum disulfide, inserts organic carbon source into layer of molybdenum disulfide powder to increase the interlayer distance, reduces the effect of Edward force between molybdenum disulfide and interlayer and realizes reduction and stripping of molybdenum disulfide by heating and carbonization of protein organic carbon source. The intercalation solution is potassium chlorate, sodium nitrate, concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The mass ratio of molybdenum disulfide powder, potassium chlorate, sodium nitrate, 98% mass concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid and 30% mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 1 g:(1-4) g:(0.5-2) g:(9-40) ml:(4-20) ml. The ratio of intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder, protein and water is 2 g:(0.25-1.25) g:(5-30) g.
