▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using aluminum foil as a raw material, firstly, continuously and uniformly plating a layer of copper layer on sides of the aluminum foil to obtain a copper/aluminum/copper metal composite foil with a sandwich structure. A graphene layer is grown on copper layer surfaces on sides of the copper/aluminum/copper metal composite foil of the sandwich structure by roll-to-roll plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, to obtain a graphene-modified composite foil. A method of extrusion is adopted after heating to extrude a graphene metal composite conductor ingot into a graphene metal composite conductor rod with a diameter of 10 mm. A method of cold drawing is used, the graphene metal composite conductor rod is prepared into a graphene metal composite conductor wire with a diameter of 0.2-4 mm, which is a graphene metal composite conductor. USE - Method for preparing graphene metal composite conductor used for preparing cable core (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductor material in which graphene is continuously distributed in the aluminum conductor is obtained, and the electrical conductivity of the aluminum conductor is greatly improved.
