NOVELTY - A B and N co-doped graphene-coated silicon nano anode material is made of B and N co-doped graphene-coated silicon nano particles, is claimed. USE - Used as a A B and N co-doped graphene-coated silicon nano anode material. ADVANTAGE - The anode material: solves the problem of the rapid expansion of the volume of the silicon cathode material during charging and discharging; has good cycle performance, high rate electrochemical performance, and low cost. The method: has simple process and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing B and N co-doped graphene-coated silicon nano anode material comprising (1) adding graphene oxide powder to water and dispersing ultrasonically to obtain an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, (2) adding silicon nanoparticles and nitrogen source in the aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide obtained in step (1), performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding boron source, after secondary ultrasonic dispersion, freeze-drying to obtain B and N containing graphene oxide coated silicon nanocomposites, and (3) heat-treating the graphene oxide-coated silicon nanocomposite material containing B and N obtained in step (2) In an inert atmosphere, washing with water, and drying to obtain B and N co-doped graphene-coated silicon nanometer cathode.
