NOVELTY - Homogeneous composition comprises functional nano-drug uniformly dispersed in iodized oil injection using supercritical carbon dioxide. The concentration of functional nano-drug in iodized oil is 0.1-20 mg/ml. The functional nano-drug has magnetocaloric properties or photothermal properties, and the surface is modified with oleic acid or oleylamine. USE - The composition is useful in liver cancer embolism/thermal radiation combined treatment agent or embolic agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition is inserted into tumor area; and has good dispersibility, and long-term storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composition, comprising (i) adding iodized oil injection and functional nano-drug into high pressure reaction kettle; (ii) injecting carbon dioxide into reaction kettle, pressurizing at 10-20 Mpa to form supercritical environment, and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours; and (iii) vacuum extracting, and collecting nano-drug-iodized oil homogeneous embolic agent from the reaction kettle.
