NOVELTY - The modification of polyethylene film involves treating nano-graphite with sodium dodecyl sulfate, loading onto graphene nanobelts, forming nanocomposite material, dispersing nanocomposite material in polyethylene matrix, preparing nanocomposite-polyethylene masterbatch, mixing masterbatch and polyethylene pellets in the mass ratio of 1:1, melting, compressing and cutting to prepare the composite film. The mass ratio of nano-graphite and graphene nanobelts is 1:4. The nanocomposite material accounts for 0.2-1.5% of the mass of polyethylene matrix. USE - Modification of polyethylene film by nano graphite loaded graphene nanobelts(claimed), used in mobile phone, computer and high-end electronic precision materials and packaging applications. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene film has excellent antistatic properties, excellent synergistic effect of nano-graphite and graphene nanobelts, improves the mechanical properties of the composite film.
