NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive wear-resistant powder coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-35 pts. wt. silicone resin, 15-20 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. polyester resin, 10-22 pts. wt. phenolic polymer curing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. acrylic ester copolymer leveling agent, 2-5 pts. wt. methacrylic acid ester-based compatibilizer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. imidazole, 0.5-2 pts. wt. defoamer benzoin, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 40-50 pts. wt. ultra-wear-resistant material, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene and 25-40 pts. wt. wollastonite powder. USE - Anti-corrosive wear-resistant powder coating used for oil well pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has high heat resistance, smooth surface and good paraffining and antiscaling property.
