NOVELTY - The method for preparing block with high thermal conductivity, involves (S1) pulverizing artificial graphite to obtain material (A), and pulverizing expanded graphite to obtain material (B), (S2) mixing material (A) and material (B) in proportion, where content of material (B) is greater than material (A), (S3) compressing mixed material (A) and material (B) into block, and forming large number of micro-pore structures on surface of block along the entire thickness direction, (S4) coating or impregnating graphite oxide or graphene oxide on the block, specifically, coating one side first, drying at 60-80degreesC, coating the other side and drying at 40-80degreesC, (S5) carrying out heating treatment, by gradually heating at 100-300degreesC, increasing the temperature to 1000degreesC, and increasing temperature to 3000degreesC, and (S6) flat pressing with pressure of 0-1000 tons, and speed of 1 ton/minute to obtain high thermal conductivity block with density of 1.2-2 g/cm3. USE - Method for preparing high thermal conductivity block. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing high thermal conductivity block ensuring excellent heat conductivity and heat flux, where longitudinal thermal conductivity is greater than 50 W/m.K, and improves the longitudinal heat conducting performance, and meets the use requirement of high-thickness occasion, and reduces the manufacturing cost of the high heat conducting block.
