NOVELTY - Preparing layered graphene, comprises (i) adding graphite and auxiliary agent into a ball-milling tank, and ball-milling; (ii) adding a solvent into a dispersion milled mixture, carrying out mechanical agitation or carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, allowing to stand, and layering, collecting upper dispersion layer, filtering, and washing the filtrate with solvent or dispersing into a dialysis bag for dialyzing; (iii) carrying out mechanical agitation or ultrasonic treatment; and (iv) centrifuging second upper suspension layer, carrying out suction-filtration, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing layered graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having complete layered structure with no defects, high electric conduction, heat, and mechanical equal performance, and easy utilization rate; utilizes traditional chemical reagents; and has simple operation procedure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing layered graphene, comprises (i) adding graphite and auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 1:3-20 into a ball-milling tank, under temperature of not greater than 50 degrees C, and ball-milling at a rate of 300-500 rotations/minute for 8-24 hours; (ii) adding a solvent into a dispersion milled mixture, carrying out mechanical agitation at 200-1000 rotations/minute for 30 minutes or carrying out ultrasonic dispersion at frequency of 40 Hz for 30 minutes, allowing to stand, and layering, collecting upper dispersion layer, filtering for 1-5 times, washing the filtrate with solvent or dispersing into a dialysis bag for dialyzing, and taking out auxiliary reagent; (iii) washing the filtrate with dispersing solvent, carrying out mechanical agitation for 30 minutes or carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30 min after allowing to stand, and layering, and centrifuging upper dispersion layer at 1000-3000 rotations/minute for 5-20 minutes, collecting upper suspension layer, and repeating the centrifugation process twice; and (iv) centrifuging second upper suspension layer, carrying out suction-filtration, and drying the filtered product at 60 degrees C, to obtain dried final product, where the auxiliary agent used is a polar solvent, and inorganic hydroxides, carbonates, bicarbonate, sulfates, persulfates, and organic ammonium, organic heterocyclic compounds, polyacid, polyanhydride, azo or peroxy compound, and the dispersion solvent is distilled water, 0.5-2 M sodium hydroxide solution, 0.1-1 M aqueous hydrochloric acid, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, organic acids, N- methylpyrrolidone, dimethylformamide or dimethylacetamide.
