▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ceramic hybrid coating film comprises a ceramic hybrid sol solution including 0.0005-15 wt.% reduced graphene oxide, 0.001-10 wt.% hydrophilic hydrate (I) or hydrophobic hydrate (II), 0.02-20 wt.% silica nanoparticles and remaining amount of hydrophilic solvent. USE - The coating film is useful for producing hybrid multilayer coating film of car head lamp (all claimed) to prevent fogging. ADVANTAGE - The coating film has improved stability and fluidity, and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ceramic hybrid coating film comprises either: a ceramic hybrid sol solution including 0.0005-15 wt.% reduced graphene oxide, 0.001-10 wt.% hydrophilic hydrate of formula (Xan-M-(OH)4-n) (I) or hydrophobic hydrate of formula (Xbn-M-(OH)4-n) (II), 0.02-20 wt.% silica nanoparticles and remaining amount of hydrophilic solvent and having water droplet contact angle of 20-60 degrees ; 0.001-10 wt.% reduced graphene oxide and 0.001-10 wt.% (I) and having water droplet contact angle of 12 degrees ; or 0.001-10 wt.% reduced graphene oxide and 0.001-10 wt.% (II) and having water droplet contact angle of 90 degrees . M = Si, Ti, Ag, Sn, In and/or Zn, preferably Si and Ti; Xa = epoxy, glycidoxy, carboxy, amino, azine, azole, ureido, isocyanate, oxyimino, morpholinyl, piperazinyl, fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodine, hydroxy, 1-10c alkoxy, 1-10c ketone, 1-10c amine, or 1-10c ester (all optionally substituted by 1-30C alkyl, 1-30C alkenyl, 1-30C alkynyl or 3-10C cycloalkyl); Xb = vinyl, acrylic, methacryl, thiol, mercapto, 1-10C sulfur, or 6-20C aryl (all optionally substituted by 1-30C alkyl, 1-30C alkenyl, 1-30C alkynyl or 3-10C cycloalkyl); and n = 1-3. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) ceramic hybrid multilayer coating film comprising a first ceramic hybrid coating film, and a second ceramic hybrid coating film disposed on at least one side of the first ceramic hybrid coating film. The second ceramic hybrid coating film includes graphene, resin binder, organic solvent, and organosilane compound. The first ceramic hybrid coating film includes different graphene than the content of second ceramic hybrid coating film; (2) producing ceramic hybrid coating film comprising (a) mixing 0.001-15 wt.% dispersed graphene, 0.001-10 wt.% precursor containing (I) or (II), 0.02-20 wt.% silica nanoparticles and hydrophilic solvent, (b) subjecting to hydrolysis and polycondensation to prepare graft-containing ceramic hybrid sol solution, and (c) coating on a substrate, drying at 25-400 degrees C and heating at 50-900 degrees C to form coating film; and (3) producing hybrid multilayer coating film, comprising coating the second ceramic hybrid coating on at least one side of the first ceramic hybrid coating film. The first ceramic hybrid coating film has less content of graphene than the second coating film.
