NOVELTY - The down feather formulation comprises a down feather filler and 10-50 wt.% quantum graphene. The down feather filler comprises 45-55 wt.%, 80-90 wt.% or 85-95 wt.% duck or goose down, 30-40 wt.%, 8-15 wt.% or 1-5 wt.% feather pieces, ≤10 wt.% feather filaments, ≤1.5 wt.% upland feather, ≤5 wt.% waterfowl feather and balance impurities. USE - Down feather formulation. ADVANTAGE - By arranging a mixing assembly and a vibration assembly in the stacking device, the down and graphene fibers floating in the mixing cavity are vibrated and dispersed by the vibration generated by the rubber skin to reduce the generation of agglomeration. The mixing assembly can perform telescopic action in the horizontal direction, and the down feather and the graphene fibers on two sides are driven and mixed, so that the mixing uniformity of the down feather and the graphene fibers is further improved, and the quality of the prepared down feather is improved.
