NOVELTY - Non-slip thermoplastic polyurethane composite material comprises 97-100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particles, 1-7 pts. wt. anti-slip agent, 3 pts. wt. 5C hydrogenated petroleum resin and 20 pts. wt. plasticizer, where the anti-slip agent comprises graphene-based nanocomposite material. USE - As non-slip thermoplastic polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent anti-slip properties and great application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the non-slip thermoplastic polyurethane composite material involving (i) uniformly mixing the thermoplastic polyurethane particles and plasticizer, and placing them in an oven at 100 degrees C for 4 hours, (ii) placing the mixed product obtained in the step (i), anti-slip agent graphene-based nanocomposites (RGO-HCA), and 5C hydrogenated petroleum resin in a high-speed mixer, mixing at 80 degrees C for 30-50 minutes, and rotating at 00-300 rpm, and (iii) transferring the mixed materials to the twin-screw extruder, where the temperature in each zone is 180-200 degrees C and the speed is 400-600 rpm, and performing extrusion granulation the non-slip thermoplastic polyurethane composite material.
