NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves performing reduction reaction of graphite oxide under inert atmosphere at 800-1200 degrees C for 10-60 seconds, adding obtained product to liquid nitrogen, cooling and collecting black powder. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively provides graphene having specific surface of 700-1500 m2/g by simple process in short period of time.
