NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene wall fixed with a flexible substrate that is provided with an electrode and a graphite nano-wall. The flexible substrate is provided with a gas flow unit and a micro-vibration unit. USE - Graphene nano-wall based air flow sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has better detection characteristics, small volume, low power consumption, stable performance, better flexibility and better wearing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene nano-wall based air flow sensor manufacturing method.
