▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anti-cracking composite magnetic material comprises (i) adding the alloy powder and mixed material into the mixing device for wet mixing, adding the mixed material and agglomerant into the internal mixer for uniform mixing and internal mixing, collecting the metal materials, cooling and storing; (ii) adding the mixed material into a granulator for granulation to obtain metal particles with a particle size of 0.8-1.1 mm or less, preparing the metal particles into powder by an air-flow milling device to obtain a mixed powder with a particle size of 0.8-1.3 µm or less, and placing mixed powder in a mold for stamping to obtain a magnetic material embryo; and (iii) catalytically degreasing the magnetic material embryo in an acidic atmosphere at 110-145℃ for 5-7 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-cracking composite magnetic material is useful for electromagnetic shielding used in high-frequency electronic appliance device, in scientific and electronic industries, various digitalization, and high density integration direction development.
