NOVELTY - The device has discharge pipe (3) and transmission pipe (4) which are coaxially arranged with kettle portion (1). The discharge pipe is arranged at the bottom of the kettle portion. A feed pipe (2) is arranged at the top of the kettle portion. The top of the kettle portion is provided with a mounting hole. The transmission pipe is passed through the mounting hole. A stirring rod (5) is evenly arranged on the transmission pipe. The outer diameter of the transmission pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the discharge pipe. The connecting assembly is provided with fixing block and sliding bar. The fixing block is fixed on the moving tube. The fixing tube is provided with a connecting hole. The sliding bar is arranged in parallel to the moving tube, and is passed through the connecting hole. The sliding bar is fixed at the bottom of the kettle portion.
