NOVELTY - Electronic skin comprises textile fabric, where the textile fibers are sequentially covered with a graphene layer and a cured polydimethylsiloxane waterproof layer from the inside to the outside. USE - Electronic skin used in textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The electronic skin has excellent air permeability, water resistance, waterproof and breathable and ensures that the textile fabric is not infiltrated by water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the electronic skin involving (i) immersing the textile fabric in the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to obtain the textile fabric loaded with graphene oxide, (ii) performing hydroiodic acid vapor reduction on the textile fabric loaded with graphene oxide to obtain the textile fabric loaded with graphene and (iii) after second immersion of the graphene-loaded textile fabric in an organic solution of polydimethylsiloxane-curing agent, taking out the impregnated textile fabric for heating to obtain the product.
