NOVELTY - Antibacterial nano-coating comprises 30-40 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous amino resin, 4-10 pts. wt. nano-antimony-doped tin oxide dispersion, 3-9 pts. wt. graphene loaded nano-silver antibacterial agent, 4-10 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide particles, 5-15 pts. wt. rutile nano-titanium dioxide, 2-6 pts. wt. methyl cellulose thickener, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 20-30 pts. wt. pure acrylic emulsion and 4-10 pts. wt. titanium sulfate. USE - As antibacterial nano-coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating has excellent anti-mildew and antibacterial effects, significantly reduces the toxic and harmful substances such as formaldehyde, toluene, and xylene, has outstanding antifouling ability and excellent weather resistance, and is prepared by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the antibacterial nano-coating material, involving (i) mixing aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous amino resin, nano-antimony-doped tin oxide dispersion, and nano-zinc oxide particles, and adding to a stirred tank and stir at low speed to obtain a mixture (A), (ii) adding graphene-loaded nano-silver antibacterial agent, deionized water and pure acrylic emulsion to mixture (A), thoroughly mixing and adding to the reaction kettle for heating and stirring to obtain mixture (B), and (iii) adding rutile nano-sized titanium dioxide and methyl cellulose thickener to mixture (B), adding to a mixer for mixing after mixing, and finally cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
