NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide and triptolide direct coupled as complex comprises adding graphite powder and sodium nitrate to the cooled concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate and/or potassium dichromate, reacting, adding e.g. hydrogen peroxide, filtering, washing with e.g. hydrochloric acid, adding catalyst and betacyclodextrin, filtering, washing, drying, adding deionized water, ultrasonically treating, adding sodium hydroxide solution, oscillating, adding hydrochloric acid and ethanol and/or methanol preparation of triptolide solution, oscillating and freeze drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide and triptolide direct coupled as complex (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide and triptolide direct coupled as complex comprises adding 10 g graphite powder and 3-8 g sodium nitrate to the cooled concentrated sulfuric acid, slowly adding 20-40 g potassium permanganate and/or potassium dichromate, reacting for 2-5 hours in an ice bath, stirring for 12-24 hours in the water bath at 30-60 degrees C, adding deionized water, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 500 ml hydrogen peroxide (30%), stirring, suction filtering, washing with hydrochloric acid of a certain concentration, washing for the second time with deionized water, adding catalyst and 1-100 ml betacyclodextrin (1.5%), stirring, suction filtering, washing with deionized water, freeze-drying under vacuum condition for 24-48 hours, adding 0.2 g dried product with 50 ml deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 2 hours, adding 50 ml sodium hydroxide solution (2 mol/l), ultrasonically oscillating for 3 hours, adding hydrochloric acid and ethanol and/or methanol preparation of triptolide solution, fullly oscillating for 1-2 hours and freeze drying in a vacuum freeze drier for 24-48 hours.
