NOVELTY - High-hardness, high-abrasion, and quick-drying aqueous automobile finish coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. aqueous modified polyurethane resin, 2-10 pts. wt. aqueous crosslinking agent, 10-30 pts. wt. pigment, 5-20 pts. wt. aqueous silica sol, 2-8 pts. wt. nano-modified alumina, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene porcelain crystal, 1-10 pts. wt. drier, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 2-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-10 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. anti-sedimentation agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. fungicide, 1-6 pts. wt. pH regulator, and 10-35 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The high-hardness, high-abrasion, and quick-drying aqueous automobile finish coating is useful in field of automobile coating. ADVANTAGE - The high-hardness, high-abrasion, and quick-drying aqueous automobile finish coating has high hardness, high wear resistance, solves problem of slow to dry and bad wear resistance, improves drying speed, and low volatile organic compounds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-hardness, high-abrasion, and quick-drying aqueous automobile finish coating comprising (1) adding quantitative polyester polyol to reactor, heating while stirring, controlling temperature of the reactor is 85-95℃, adding diisocyanate monomer dropwise to reactor while stirring, reacting at 85-95℃ for 3 hours to obtain polyurethane prepolymer A, cooling polyurethane prepolymer A to below 55℃, adding polyhydroxy carboxylic acid dissolved in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone to reactor, and reacting for 30 minutes, adding polyol into reaction kettle for about 1 hour, until dropwise addition is completed, heating to 70-80℃, and reacting for 3 hours to obtain polyurethane prepolymer B, cooling polyurethane prepolymer B to below 60℃, adding trimethylolpropane, pentaerythritol and other polyol, controlling temperature at 60-70℃, reacting for 1.5 hours, and adding polyamine for neutralization to obtain polyurethane prepolymer C, adding diisocyanate monomer and polyether-modified polysiloxane to polyurethane prepolymer C under stirring, and adding polyol after reacting for about 30 minutes, and reacting for about 40 minutes, cooling to below 40℃, and adding acetone to reduce viscosity, and adding polyamine for neutralization, adding deionized water and stirring for 30-60 minutes under high-speed stirring, and emulsifying to obtain a silicone-modified aqueous polyurethane resin with a solid content of 35-45%, (2) adding 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous modified polyurethane resin, 5-20 pts. wt. pigment, 2-8 pts. wt. nano-modified aluminum oxide, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene ceramic crystal, 2-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-40 pts. wt. water, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. defoamer, and 1-4 pts. wt. pH regulator to dispersion tank under condition of 800 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 30 minutes until it is uniformly dispersed, and grounding material to a certain fineness with sand mill to make slurry D, (3) adding 30-40 pts. wt. aqueous modified polyurethane resin, 5-20 pts. wt. aqueous silica sol, 1-10 pts. wt. drier, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 1-10 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. fungicide, 1-6 pts. wt. pH regulator, and 10-35 pts. wt. deionized water, dispersing under condition of 1200 revolutions/minute to make intermediate E, (4) mixing slurry D and intermediate E according to a certain ratio, adding anti-settling agent to disperse, and adding crosslinking agent until the dispersion is even, adjusting to a certain viscosity with water to obtain high-hardness, high-abrasion, and quick-drying aqueous automobile finish coating.
