NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-polyglycerol fatty acid ester composite modified nano-calcium carbonate powder contains 30-50 pts. wt. calcium oxide, balance amount of carbon dioxide, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. polyglycerol fatty acid ester, 200-500 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-20 pts. wt. ionic liquid and 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. graphene oxide. USE - The graphene oxide-polyglycerol fatty acid ester composite modified nano-calcium carbonate powder is useful as reinforcing filler. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-polyglycerol fatty acid ester composite modified nano-calcium carbonate powder has excellent dispersibility, controllability and toughening and reinforcing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene oxide-polyglycerol fatty acid ester composite modified nano-calcium carbonate powder, which involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide and polyglycerol fatty acid ester in deionized water, heating at 70-80 degrees C and stirring to prepare emulsified liquid, adding ionic liquid and deionized water to reaction container and stirring under nitrogen atmosphere for 40-50 minutes, heating at 80-85 degrees C, then adding calcium oxide, grinding and stirring for 2-3 hours to form calcium hydroxide slurry and aging for 10-15 hours, injecting the composite emulsion in calcium hydroxide slurry, stirring and uniformly mixing, introducing carbon dioxide gas, stirring, continuously stirring and mixing for 60-80 minutes after finishing reaction, filtering, washing filtrate, vacuum drying and dispersing.
