NOVELTY - Preparing heat dissipation film based on large-diameter graphene oxide comprises (i) adopting 40-50 pts. wt. diamine monomer, 40-50 pts. wt. dianhydride monomer, 3 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 3 pts. wt. modified boron nitride, 5 pts. wt. aramid fiber, 3 pts. wt. modified carbon nano-tubes and 40-50 pts. wt. solvent, (ii) stirring modified graphene oxide, modified boron nitride, modified carbon nanotubes and solvent into the reactor under the condition of rotation speed 200-300 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes, adding diamine monomer and dianhydride monomer to the reaction kettle, heating to 30-40 degrees C with rotation speed unchanged, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain polycondensate, and (iii) casting polycondensate into a film, drying at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, heating up to 300-400 degrees C at a heating rate of 3 degrees C/minute, drying for 10 minutes to obtain a polyamic acid film, and transversely and longitudinally stretching to obtain a heat dissipation film. USE - The method is useful for preparing a heat dissipation film based on large-diameter graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation film has good mechanical and flame retardant properties.
