NOVELTY - A polymer chemical material comprises 10-30 pts. wt. titanium-based fluorosilicon alloy, 20-30 pts. wt. polyether-ether ketone powder, 30-50 pts. wt. water-based fluorine-containing resin emulsion, 30-50 pts. wt. hydroxy-containing graft prepolymer, 15-25 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-40 pts. wt. solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. impact modifier, 1-5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1-5 pts. wt. thickening agent and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. ammonia water. USE - Polymer chemical material. ADVANTAGE - The titanium-based fluorosilicon alloy can endow the coating with ultra-low surface energy, form a super-hydrophobic interface, reduce friction of the coating surface, and achieve drag reduction effect. The polyether ether ketone powder and fluorine-containing resin emulsion makes the product have better non-stick and non-stick durability. The graft prepolymer containing hydroxyl group has excellent thermal insulation performance, and the polyvinyl chloride structure in the polyvinyl chloride resin has excellent anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polymer chemical material, which involves: (a) blending organofluorosilicon copolymer and tetrafluoroethylene-based resin, heating at 60-80°C for 30-60 minutes, raising the temperature to 100-120°C and reacting for 1-4 hours to discharge the material, blending and pre-polymerizing with organic titanium polymer at mass ratio of 10-30:70-90 to obtain titanium-based fluorosilicon alloy; (b) dissolving the grafted prepolymer containing hydroxyl groups in a polar aprotic solvent first, adding metallic sodium and reacting, adding polyvinyl chloride resin after all sodium is fused and no bubbles are generated, reacting at 90-110°C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering and washing with water to obtain a polymer; and (c) adding solvent, ammonia water and impact modifier into equipment tank, and adding thickening agent while stirring, after thickening agent is completely dispersed, adding polyether ether ketone and titanium-based fluorosilicon alloy, to the polymer and remaining polyvinyl chloride resin, continouosly stirring to disperse the powder, and grinding to fineness of less than 10 μm, adding film-forming additive and aqueous fluorine-containing resin emulsion in stirring state and adjusting pH value in the system to 7-9 using ammonia water.
