NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly flame-retardant insulating material comprises 25-40 pts. wt., preferably 31 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 32 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 17 pts. wt. graphene coated with an insulating coating, 13-18 pts. wt., preferably 16 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 10-15 pts. wt., preferably 12 pts. wt. polypropylene reinforced fiber, 10-15 pts. wt., preferably 14 pts. wt. aromatic polyamide fiber, 12-19 pts. wt., preferably 16 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 5-7 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. polyamide, 12-19 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 2-7 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.5-3 pts. wt., preferably 1.8 pts. wt. accelerator, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. lubricant, 2-3 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, and 3-7 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. toughener. USE - Environmentally-friendly flame-retardant insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly flame-retardant insulating material has excellent breaking strength, use safety, and elongation, and prolonged service life, is halogen-free, and does not generate toxic gas when incinerated.
