NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot-graphene composite material involves mixing halogenated benzene, alkali metal and substituted aromatic compound in reactor, sealing, reacting at pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, cooling resultant mixture to room temperature, centrifuging, separating solid, washing, drying washed material in vacuum and performing heat-treatment of resultant material in inert gas protection. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot-graphene composite material used in preparation of oxygen-reducing electrode used for fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient preparation of graphene quantum dot-graphene composite material. The oxygen-reducing electrode provided using the graphene quantum dot-graphene composite material has excellent electrochemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of reduction electrode.
