▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Powdery vanadium-nitrogen alloy comprises 50-70 wt.% vanadium compound, 3-5 wt.% carbonaceous reducing agent, 2-5 wt.% binder, 10-15 wt.% water, and 10-30 wt.% iron powder, where the total mass percentage of each raw material is 100%. The binder is: 20-30 pts. wt. polyester resin, 5-10 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylic resin and 1 pt. wt. polycarbonate diol. USE - The alloy is useful in manufacturing process of steel, toughness, ductility and thermal fatigue resistance. ADVANTAGE - The alloy: has excellent forming property; is not easy to be crushed after forming; has excellent adhesive force and water resistance on the material; is tightly bonded, and not easy to loose powder; has strength of 2532 MPa and density of 2.83.2 g/cm.
