▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive adhesive composition comprises graphene nanoparticles, a silane terminated polymer (STP), additives containing a water scavenger, a catalyst which is a curing agent and an adhesion promoter, and a stabilizer which is a modified butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT). The water scavenger, catalyst and adhesion promoter are organofunctional silanes. USE - Conductive adhesive composition used for managing electrostatic discharge in automobile applications. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent conducting electrostatic discharge property, withstand property for harsh environmental condition, excellent adhesion to plastic, ceramic and metal surfaces, and prevents build-up of static electricity and sparks causing fire or explosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of conductive adhesive composition (100), which involves adding graphene nanoparticle to silane terminated polymer (STP) to form a mixture, adding additives to the obtained mixture, adding a curing agent and stabilizer to the mixture.
