NOVELTY - The sensor has a base plate connected with a reference electrode. A pair electrode is fixed with a working electrode. A graphene layer is coated with carboxyl or oxidation graphene, hydrophilic polymer and active agent. The hydrophilic polymer is selected from one of carboxymethyl cellulose, dodecyl benzene sodium sulfonate, TritonX-100, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene pyrrolidone, gelatin and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide. A lactic acid oxidation enzyme activity part is arranged on an enzyme liquid layer. USE - Graphene embellish lactic acid biological human body germ detecting sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is inexpensive, and has high sensitivity, better anti-interference effect and high detecting accuracy range.
