▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Passivating zinc substrate comprises placing zinc substrate in strong acid solution for activating treatment, placing the zinc substrate after activation treatment in a conversion liquid of 20-35degrees Celsius for 2-20 minutes and drying at 75-85degrees Celsius for 4-5 hours, where the conversion liquid comprises 180-200 g/l ferricyanide, 1-100 g/l graphene and 1-40 g /l film-forming accelerator and buffer, and the pH value of the conversion solution is 3-6. The ferricyanide comprises potassium ferricyanide and/or sodium ferricyanide. The film forming accelerator comprises hydrogen peroxide, potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate. The buffering agent comprises at least one of citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate and ammonium citrate. The strong acid solution comprises sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. USE - The method for passivating zinc substrate is useful in metal material rust prevention, preferably improving the corrosion resistance of the zinc substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to passivate zinc substrate that is capable of forming uniform and dense conversion film layer on the zinc substrate, and enhancing the corrosion resistance substrate, so as to prolong the service life.
