▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene in-situ polymerization modified polyamide epoxy curing agent involves adding a dibasic acid and graphene to a reactor. The molar ratio is dibasic acid: graphene is 0.99: 0.01-0.7: 0.3, and the temperature is raised to 160-190 degrees C while stirring, thermostating and sonicating for 2-4 hours, adding the polyamine to the reaction vessel in a ratio of a molar ratio of the dibasic acid and the graphene to the polyamine of 1:1.5-1:3. The reaction is carried out at 150-220 degrees C for 1-4 hours after the addition is completed, to obtain a graphene in-situ polymerization modified polyamide. USE - Method for preparing graphene in-situ polymerization modified polyamide epoxy curing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene in-situ polymerization modified polyamide epoxy curing agent has good physical property, has high heat conduction, has high electric conductivity, has excellent performance with high intensity, has good toughness, has low thermal expansion coefficient, and has improves performance of polymer-based composite material.
