▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The rectangular graphene loop antenna has a graphene tape (101) that is arranged in a ring on a dielectric substrate. A gap forms a door in the graphene ring that is used for antenna excitation or signal reception. Electromagnetic radiation in terahertz is generated by connecting a source such as a photomixer (102) or a photodiode to the graphene tape using the established gap region. The reception of terahertz signals can be performed, for example, by connecting a photoemitter crystal to the graphene tape also through the gap.
