NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanoribbon involves preparing a single crystal single-layer graphene film and transferring onto a silicon dioxide substrate, and preparing a nanowire having a diameter of 5-10nm and transferring to the surface of the graphene film. The nanowires are manipulated by a probe microscope to make them arranged neatly and orderly into an array structure. The nanowire array structure is used as a masking layer, and the graphene film is removed in the region other than the nanowire by etching. The nanowires are removed to obtain a graphene nanoribbon array structure having a width equivalent to the diameter of the nanowires. The edge defects of the graphene nanoribbons are improved by high temperature annealing. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanoribbon. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanoribbon preparation method ensures simple operation, strong practicability and high reliability.
