The particle size distribution (D90-D10)/D50 is /(1 and (D90-D10)/D50 is /)3, preferably (D90-D10)/D50 is /-1.5 and (D90-D10)/D50 is /~2, most preferably (D90-D10)/D50 is /-1.7 and (D90-D10)/D50 is /~1.8. USE - Method used for preparing graphene modified silicon oxide and carbon composite microspheres used as cathode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene modified silicon oxide and carbon composite microspheres that is stable solid electrolyte interphase film, active material relieves the volume expansion of electrode, silicone oxide has good dispersion and reasonably cavity which makes excellent circulation performance, in a simple, eco-friendly, harmless manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified silicon oxide and carbon composite microspheres cathode material involves dispersing three-dimensional conductive carbon coated silicone particles on graphene and asphalt cracked carbon. The average grain diameter D50 is 8-25 mu , preferably 15-18 mu . The particle size distribution (D90-D10)/D50 is /(1 and (D90-D10)/D50 is /)3, preferably (D90-D10)/D50 is /-1.5 and (D90-D10)/D50 is /~2, most preferably (D90-D10)/D50 is /-1.7 and (D90-D10)/D50 is /~1.8. The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area is (10+5) square meter/gram, more preferably (8+2) square meter/gram, most preferably (7+1) square meter/gram. The tap density is (0.8-1.2)gram/ml, more preferably (0.85-1.05) gram/ml, most preferably (0.9-1.0) gram/ml. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified silicone and carbon composite microsphere, which involves: (A) preparing a silicon oxide dispersion and dispersing asphalt, silicon oxide and graphene in an organic solvent, and ball milling; (B) reacting the product to high-temperature and high-pressure reaction under the protection of inert gas suction filtration, and subjecting to vacuum filtration to obtain solid particles; and (C) carbonizing the solid particles at high-temperature to obtain the graphene modified silicone and carbon composite microsphere.
